The
key to a successful safety program is communication, between
owner and contractor. By holding Pre-Job, TailGate and
Safety Committee Meetings, good communication is achieved.
Continued monitoring, as well as weekly inspection, provides
additional opportunities to communication with the work force
and between crews and crew members.
Foremen are utilized as key people to increase safety
awareness and to reinforce safety attitudes within crews.
