The highest level of quality control and/or quality
assurance is maintained on both the large and small
projects. The large projects will have a full time
quality control inspector who will supervise quality checks
required for material receiving, NDE inspection, hydro test
and turn over.
On the smaller projects, the test and inspection plan is
established with the Owner prior to starting work with daily
execution of the program being the responsibility of the
Project Superintendent. On a weekly basis, the Project
Manager will audit the program to ensure the inspection checks
and documentation stays current.
